Customer Information is Required to Place an Order

Customer information is now required before an order can be placed. The updated price manager asks you before you create a purchase order if the customer information is correct. If it is, just click yes and you are on your way, if not please fill in the customer information. If you are using an older version please update your Price Manger, but if you are using an older version please make sure the customer info is included to keep the order from being delayed. This information will be used for warranty issues and to generate a series of customer service emails. (as you probably know we have been sending these emails out for some time now for agents that have been including the customer information, and it has been well received).

  • The first mail is sent out within a few days of when the order was placed with us, it is to just say thank you and let them know the order is in the manufacturing process.
  • The second email goes out about 15 days later, it includes the warranty information (see example).
  • The third email is to ask the question “How are we doing?” this is a simple customer satisfaction survey. If they fill it out you will be immediately emailed with the details. This email goes out about 21 days after the first email, this gives you time to get the job installed.
  • The last email is to ask for a referral, this email only goes out if they give a very high score on the survey, the customer has to fill out the survey and give a high score to get this email.

To update you Price Manager go to www.redlinegaragegear.com and scroll down to the bottom and click on “Agents Only”. Enter the username and password (if you don’t remember it email customersupport[at]redlinegaragegear.com and ask we will send it to you) at the top are some blue links, click on “Agents Info”, then click on “RPM Upgrade Install”. This will start the process.
