A New Order Processing Schedule for the New Year

We have put in place a new order processing schedule beginning with the New Year. We hope this change helps us serve you better. 

The production side is staying as is, it’s the deadline for when orders need to be placed that is changing. We are moving the cutoff for orders to be placed to one day earlier than the current deadline.

So, cutoff for closets that used to be Monday at 10:30am is Friday at 10:30am, and they would ship Thursday or Friday as always.

Cutoff for garages that used to be Tuesday at 10:30am is now Monday at 10:30am, with a scheduled ship of Friday or Monday.

Please review the new scheduled that is attached. We will start implementing the new schedule starting with the closet batch on 1-2-20. The cutoff for those will be 1-31-19 by 10:30am.

Vinyl cut offs will remain the same as those don’t affect the batch.

Redline Garagegear Added Melamine Colors for 2020

We have had many dealers ask for additional melamine colors, for both the cabinets and doors.  While we all would like to sell powder coated doors to all customers, when you have a customer that is trying to "value engineer" some cost out of the bottom line, some of these new melamine colors may be a good option for a second price option.

All of these colors have been added to both Redline Design Software (RDS) and Redline Price Manager (RPM)

If you are a current Redline Garagegear you will be receiving some new color samples as you will see below.

14 Melamine Colors

On the right are the new colors in the lineup.  The Frost's are grained patterns while Natural Linen is not.  

The cost of the Frost's are on the higher end of melamines, so they are only available for the doors.  The Natural Linen is a good alternative for Dove Grey when using Earthstone and Sandstone because the color goes well but also because the melamine is priced right for a pattern.
