1. Take pictures of the damaged parts - this is used to investigate how the damaged happened to minimize damage in the future
2. Take a picture of the label for each part - The label has all the information that we need to remake the part. (Job Name, Material Type, and CNC Program Name) 
3. If you don't have the label we need the following information:
   1. Job Name
   2. Material Type / Color
   3. Type of part (fixed shelf, vertical, etc)
   4. Dimensions of each part
4. Is there any extra hardware needed (for example if it is a cammed / fixed shelf that needs to be replaced do you need cams?)
5. Reason for the remake (this is for billing)
6. Email all the information to orders@redlinegaragegear.com and please include the word 'Remake' in the Subject Line
7. Be sure to include your name and contact information so if we have questions we can quickly get back to you

IMPORTANT NOTE: If possible leave the labels on the parts until after install, so if there is a part that needs to be remade the label is still on the part. 

The labels below are examples of the different labels we use.  The yellow highlighted fields show the pertinent information necessary for remaking the part.
