There has been some confusion lately relative to the date the invoice is received and how that pertains to the ship date. Simple clarification is, "The invoice date does not correlate with the ship date..."

Our policy from the beginning, has been that product must be paid for prior to shipping. In the past, I have been a little lax on this. Unfortunately, we have been burnt a couple of times due to my laxness. So recently, we have been sending invoices out early, (prior to ship date), with the idea of debiting your accounts prior to shipment.

As to finding out the actual ship date of your product, please work with Mike Peters, as he is in charge of setting up shipments.Thank you.
