It has come to our attention that there may be a problem with using our standard #8 x 1/2 Pan Head screw with the ‘Soft-close’ slides. The issue being a slight interference with the height of the pan head screw and the mechanics of the slide, basically you might see some binding in the function of the slide.

We began a few months ago in using a #6 x 1/2 Undercut Flathead screw when attaching the slide to the drawer box, and this seems to have resolved the issue..
