This will bring up the 'Agent Info' home page. To access the information mentioned above left-click on the "Proceed to Agent Info" button.

Here you will find folders containing quite a bit of information that you may find valuable.

In an attempt to get some control of our internal shipping costs we are going to begin placing 'vinyl' orders to our vendor only on Tuesday and Friday mornings, (beginning April 15th, 2013). The reason we are doing this is to attempt to combine multiple vinyl orders from multiple agents into a single order placement to our vendor on the two days previously mentioned.

Currently we can theoretically be placing a vinyl order each of the 5 days of the week, which results in 5 separate ship dates from the vendor. Obviously this drives our shipping costs upwards. By changing to two separate order dates per week it will translate into two separate ship dates from our vendor, which should help drive our shipping costs downward.

The reason we picked Tuesday and Friday as order dates is relative to Mondays and Thursdays being the deadlines for 'Closet' orders. Even if a closet order comes in on Friday which requires vinyl, that vinyl order will not be placed to our vendor until the following Tuesday morning.

It takes our vendor 5 business days to produce and ship the vinyl product once they have received the order, and then it takes 2 business days transit time for those items to reach us, at which point we will do the necessary machining and packing and have product ready to ship the following business day. So if all goes per schedule, we are looking at a ship date to the agent of 9 business days after agent order is placed.
