After about a year of work we are finally ready to show all the new enhancements to Redline Closet Systems.
We are very excited about this program because we have always offered a wide range of parts and sizes so you can build nearly anything, but our offering of doors and colors was getting dated. But no more... We now have colors and door options that will give you a leg up on the competition.
As you can imagine there has been several changes and improvements to Redline Price Manager (RPM) and Redline Design Software (RDS). Checkout the blog post HERE for that information.
If you are a current Redline Closet Agent you will be receiving many new color samples, and door samples as you will see below.

30 Melamine Colors
There are 19 new colors and 11 old colors that made the cut.
The new wood melamine colors and textures are nothing short of amazing. The Taction Oak Series colors has grain embossing that matches the grain pattern, so if there is a knot in the grain pattern the grain embossing matches. If your customers are looking for real wood they will look twice at the new wood grain melamines.
In addition to the Folkstone and Dove Grey we added three more solid colors that are very trendy. Umbra, Sienna, and Mysterious. These will work excellent when customers are looking for two tone cabinets that have doors that are a different color than the cabinets.

Edgebanding - Recently there has been a move in the closet industry to 1mm pvc edging. I think this is a smart move because .5mm is not thick enough and 2mm is too thick if the melamine has a wood grain because the edge will show a solid color. Banding that is 1mm thick looks great and is heavy enough that delaminating will be less of an issue than .5mm. All of the colors now come standard with 1mm banding. There are some solid colors that we still offer 2mm and .5mm. Check Price Manager for the breakdown.
New Powder Coated Doors and Moldings
Six of the most popular door styles in eight solid colors, all with matching melamines.
Some of the benefits of powder coated doors over 3D Vinyl doors include:
- Durability - Powder is harder and more scratch resistant than liquid finishes or vinyl
- Cost - Lower because all doors are manufactured in-house
- Lead Time - Closet orders with doors / drawers will ship on our regular ship schedule (no extra lead time)
- Full line of matching moldings
- Frame only option for glass or mirror

New 5 Piece Melamine Shaker Doors
True 5 piece shaker doors and drawer fronts that match the melamine exactly because the we are using the same material. And the grain is going the right direction like a solid wood door (unlike 3D Vinyl where all the grain runs vertical)
