• Software Updates…
  • New software updates will be available on the ‘Agents Only’ website on or before July 15^th, for both RDS and RPM

• Price Increases…
  We have been fortunate relative to the tariff’s and inflation in that we have not incurred excessive price increases on most items.  However, there are several items that we have incurred increases on that we cannot absorb.  These increases will be reflected in the newly updated RPM…
• HandiWall accessories…
  – we incurred a 20% increase back on June 2^nd…
  – HandiWall panels and trim are made in southwest Chicago and we did not see a price increase on these items…
  – HandiWall screws are evidently not made in a country affected by the tariff’s and we did not see a price increase on these items
  
  
• Closet accessories……
  – we incurred a 10% to 36% increase on ‘TAG’ items back on June 15^th…
  -Pant Racks (TAG): not only did our price go up 28%, but we entered the incorrect pricing originally in RPM, (way too low), so these items went up significantly…
  – Shoe Rails & Wire Baskets: saw some go up in price and others come down in price

• New Format for ‘Garage’ and ‘Private Label’ Trash Bins …

We are no longer able to purchase the plastic trash bin for the ‘Trash’ bins, they are discontinued.  We were unable to find a suitable replacement, so we are switching the construction of the trash unit from melamine to a birch 9-in collar, much the same as we are doing for the pull-out hampers in the ‘Closet’ line.  We were able to find a plastic trash bin that will work with this format…

• HandiWall Slotwall: Discontinued Colors…
  • Antique White
  • Maple
  • Oak
  • Silver
  • Driftwood
    We still have some slotwall, drywall screws, division trim and inside/outside trim available
    We are completely out of the Large ‘J’ trim, so you would have to choose an available color for this, I.E. Grey may work

• New cam and hang cover colors…
  • We have added two new colors for the cams, (w/ and w/o outrigger), and the left and right hang covers…
    • Celadon and Mysterious
  • The rail hang covers are not available in these new colors, but the rail covers are paintable…

• Five Piece Doors…
  • As mentioned in a previous post, we are moving from ¼-in acrylic to 3mm, (1/8-in), acrylic to reduce cost of the 5-pc doors…
    • One result of going this route will be that the ‘Mirrored’ acrylic insets will no longer come with a ¼-in backer, but rather a black adhesive film backer, (for all melamine colors).

Closets:  ‘glass’ doors… (only available in ‘powder’)
We have always offered ‘Glass’ doors, (sometimes called ‘mullion’ doors), but we never supplied the glass, nor will we begin supplying the glass.  What we are offering is a 3mm acrylic insert, in 3 formats…

1. Clear
2. Frosted
3. Mirrored, (comes with a black adhesive film backer)

You can select the insert style with RPM under the ‘Doors/Drawers’ tab using the ‘Face Style’ dropdown box…

1. ‘Single’ opening
   B201 (glass, not included)
   B201-C (clear acrylic, included)
   B201-F (frosted acrylic, included)
   B201-M (mirrored acrylic, included‘
   
2. Double’ opening, (door comes with a mid-rail)

If you select one of the acrylic options, we will assemble the door here and ship ready to install

Note: We have decided that the gasketing color will be limited to ‘black’
